📬 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom kits or special items may take a bit longer — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop!

🚚 Shipping

We ship via USPS with tracking on all orders. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery at ohsosassybeads@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

❗ Final Sale Items

Waistbeads, stretch beads, class kits, candles, t-shirts, and gold jewelry are all final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly for delivery issues.
